| Heads with heart curve and hole distribution: short and compact fixed center designs with cartridges with heart curve and hole distributor for low output, low viscosity materials. System Standard - for single extrusion (SL). System Vario - for additional co-extrusion of skin (SK) or stripe (ST). Dual layer heads with intermediate tool - System 2IT: with an additional extrusion tool between standard type wire guide and die, for a seperated extrusion of two identical or different materials in one head, like bedding plus sheating compound. Heads are available for dual extrusion (DL) with fixed centering (SC) or manual adjustment (MC), and heads for additional co-extrusion of stripe(s) or skin (DLV). SZ crossheads: extremely compact heads for SZ-stranding-tandem extrusion of flexible cores. Heads are available for single extrusion (SL) and dual layer extrusion (DL). DL-heads: are designed for the co-extrusion of Polymers with similar melt temperatures. Crossheads with thermal barrier: are available for co-extrusion with melttemperature difference up to 100°C. Liquid medium temperature controlled heads: crossheads for rubber or crosslinked material extrusion.
